The Customer Information Center of China Merchants Bank Singapore Branch is an information platform that enables customers to view, download and print customer transaction slip, monthly statements and other business notices online. Customers can log in to the Customer Information Center to view relevant information at any time.

First Use of Customer Information Center

New customers can access the Customer Information Center 24 hours after receiving the first account opening notice. When using the Customer Information Center for the first time, customers need to activate the account and reset password by following instruction.

Customer Information Center Document Storage

The Customer Information Center allows customers to view, download and print the following documents: customer transaction slips, monthly statements and other business notices (which mainly include fixed term deposit business notices and loan notices). In the Customer Information Center, the storage period for all documents is 6 months from the date when the document is generated. After 6 months, documents will no longer be available via the Customer Information Center.

After customers close their last account with China Merchants Bank Singapore Branch, they may still log into the Customer Information Center to view relevant documents and the final statement within 2 months of the closure. Two months after the last account is closed, the customer’s services at the Customer Information Center will be closed, customers will no longer be able to log into the Customer Information Center.
